Gabe’s love for cookie decorating started about five years ago under her former business name Cookies by Gabe. After being downsized from her job of 24 years Gabe decided to turn her hobby into a full time business. She lives outside of Vancouver, BC and realized there was a need for a Canadian stencil supplier, so in May 2017 Westcoast Stencils was born.
Gabe loves designing stencils and gets a lot of her inspiration from the beautiful cookies she sees on Instagram. Gabe has incredible customer service and truly values each one of her customers and wants them to enjoy her stencils as much as she loves creating them!

Oh I am so happy can across this site! I have been doing cake decorating for years and have been wanting to get into cookie decorating! I am semi-retired and soon will have more time to devote to it! I have already gotten lots of inspiration from you!
This is so much fun! I spend a lot of time (now that I am retired) looking at all of the wonderful cookies out there that people create! Such a great amount of talent – hoping one day I will have a small amount of it!
