Gabe’s love for cookie decorating started about five years ago under her former business name Cookies by Gabe. After being downsized from her job of 24 years Gabe decided to turn her hobby into a full time business.
She lives outside of Vancouver, BC and realized there was a need for a Canadian stencil supplier, so in May 2017 Westcoast Stencils was born.
Gabe loves designing stencils and gets a lot of her inspiration from the beautiful cookies she sees on Instagram. Gabe has incredible customer service and truly values each one of her customers and wants them to enjoy her stencils as much as she loves creating them!
