I was gifted this set a couple Christmases ago while visiting family. Last time I tried to use it, I realized my recipe/decorating book was missing! I don’t see it anywhere, and my SIL said she didn’t see it at her house either:( Is there a way to get a replacement? Thank you!

Im as to what thickness these cutters will handle? I basically roll to 1/4 inch but sometimes use 3/8 inch for thicker chewier cookies. Can these cutters be used at 3/8 and 1/4?
