Last week my daughter told me that my pink beautiful cookies tasted like a chemistry experiment! Come to find out she was right!!! Pink/red tends to have a bitter taste and a bunch of other bakers said the same thing after I did a search on Google. How does the pro gel measure up? This week I experimented with powdered pink food coloring and the pink was a bit off-but no bitter taste! Has anyone tasted strawberry ProGel?

SO cute! Question – with the Americolor deep pink color, I often find little black or dark dots in the coloring and it drives me crazy. Have you ever seen that before? Have you had that happen with the ProGel? I’d love to find a great deep pink that doesn’t do that. Thanks so much!!!
