In terms of fruit (& any food really) and the aonumt of fructose, glucose, etc. in them, the thing to check is the glycemic index. The higher the number the more you should stay away from it ~

This was a wonderful, ehingnteling experience that I will treasure and learn from and give thanks to all of you who have made it possible. I am thankful for: the opportunity; for the different stations to reflect within; for those who made it possible; for the opportunity to reflect and ponder change; for a beautiful place to worship God's word. What would I change: I would not have events going on immediately outside the doors so that when they are opened, they bring in distracting noises.Thank you!

Sorry for my english and greetings from Poland (in Europe :P, the middle part. actually, east-middle :P But not Russia :) )
