In reply to Samantha. In terms of fruit (& any food really) and the aonumt of fructose, glucose, etc. in them, the thing to check is the glycemic index. The higher the number the more you should stay away from it ~

I am thankful for: the opportunity; for the different stations to reflect within; for those who made it possible; for the opportunity to reflect and ponder change; for a beautiful place to worship God's word. What would I change: I would not have events going on immediately outside the doors so that when they are opened, they bring in distracting noises.Thank you!

Ha, ha. When I saw this cookie cutter set (wedding, wilton), I thought it IS a dres. But why two dresses in one set? Then I realised, it’s a bell 🙂
