Callye, when you have a moment , would you please clarify the ingredients you list as follows: 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg, ginger, and/or cloves - does this mean you put in only 1/4 tsp of one of them or 1/4 tsp of each of them? Also, I typically weigh my ingredients, so any chance you have this recipe with weights but if not, how do you measure the flour etc. = scoop into measuring cup and even with a knife (no patting down?). Thanks so much for any guidance you can offer.

172The value of a course or of antheor thing may be really high but when people cannot afford the price I think it should be lessened in order for everyone to be able to take advantage of the deal. Many people cannot really afford to purchase at high prices things that may be really useful but are simply out of reach for them.

Your mini pumpkin pie cookies are adorable and I want to make them for our Awana Children's ministry Thanksgiving dinner on Wednesday. I'd like to use the pumpkin flavored variation, but I can't find the LorAnn Pumpkin Emulsion anywhere close to me. Is there a way that I can adjust the recipe to use something else? I could always use your original recipe, but these just look like you'd expect a pumpkin-y flavor. I love your cookies!! Thanks for all of the great recipes and ideas!
