I love the Poinsettia Cookie Platter, but I’m confused as to how some of your petals lean left and some right. I can’t find a reversible cutter, so do I turn the cookie over and decorate the back side? Sorry for asking, but I’m new to this hobby!

In reply to Sweetsugarbelle. Sorry, i just re-read my question and it doesn't make a lot of sense. What I was asking is about how many 1/2 cups of icing do you get per one batch of icing? Just as a guess.

In reply to Sarah. One batch if icing (small) covers about 3-5 dozen cookies. It depends on size, how much you use, etc. if you need more...double the quantities. That's kind of one of those things you'll have to experiment with. It's different for everyone.
