In reply to Leilani Price. I would say about twenty-five cents per cookie, give or take. Those little bags go fast and get expensive, plus you need a heat sealer, and it takes time.

I’m located in Decatur Tx and I charge $30/dozen for decorated sugar cookies acrosa the board But I’ve been told to raise my prices. So this chart will be very useful and I’m interested to hear the ‘gasps’ LOL!! As lady said above I’m always stumped when people order the “random everyday cookies” (Exam: choc chip, Mexican wedding) I never know how to price those! I think it would be by the batch but geeze- lol

So I have a friend that wants me to bake 4 dozen cookies a variety of different types ( my choice. So I was going to bake 2 bar cookies and 3 drop cookies. Snowballs, sugar with sprinkles ( no icing) and snickerdoodles. So 4 dozen of each. I would pack them in boxes I bought from amazon at $25 for 24 boxes. Would $200 be too much to charge??

Thank you for posting this. I am a newbie to this business and like you, I feel the guilt of charging $10 for a sic inch round pumpkin crumble cake. My other co worker cancelled her order for a cake and wanted to change it to cookies. Your cookies here are so pretty, thankfully my coworker just want simple cookies like choco chip cookies. I had to return her $25 because I dont know how much I should charge. Do you have a guideline for pricing simple cookies without frosting or design? Any help would he appreciated. Youre right, we are the ones up baking the goodies and your posting made me realize that. I am still up right now watching my cake. Thank you again.
