					<description><![CDATA[Hi.   You say you use a tip 14 or 16 star tip for the stem.  How do you do that?  Do you work from the carrot out?  Or  start away from the carrot and work  your way in?

Also, to make the carrot, do you just apply more pressure as you move to get the carrot shape?
