					<description><![CDATA[What if you want to cover the entire cookie with sanding sugar?  I&#039;m making &quot;4&quot; and &quot;0&quot; cookies in black and gold for a birthday and want to finish each number a solid color of sanding sugar.  Any tips suggestions for applying the sugar?
