Under the Cookie Tree {Giveaway}

You ever find yourself wishing for another month of Christmas preparation?  Especially now, six whopping days away?  A usual, I have run out of time, but I would still like to share one of my favorite ideas {and one that is definitely on my “one of these days” list} from my good friend, Cookie Crazie Pam.  A COOKIE TREE!

This is actually one of many trees at Pam’s house.  There is NO shortage of Christmas spirit there!  To a West Texas girl, this is Christmas in Wonderland. Trees, snow…add cookies to the mix, and that’s about as close to perfect as it gets.

The best part is, these cookies are FOR EATING!

Pam has a knack for Christmas cookies, in fact, she is the creator of some of my all-time favorite Christmas cookies…here’s an unbagged view.  Amazing is the best word I can think of to describe these!

I love this idea, but once again, Christmas is almost here, and I am out of time.  I have promised myself that I will for sure have a cookie themed tree next year… in the meantime I can enjoy Pam’s.

On a good note, even though I don’t have a cookie tree, I do have a few cookie gifts UNDER my tree, and they are FOR YOU!  Five lucky readers will win one of these fun prizes!

Julia Usher’s Ultimate Cookie Book

This decorating wonder was written by the author of Cookie Swap, Julia Usher.  Talk about an amazing lady!  Besides being an amazingly talented decorator, she is SMART! Can you say YALE GRADUATE?!  I am not quite up to her skill level, but I am always inspired and in awe when I see her creations!  This is a gift any cookie decorator would love.

IKEA Baking Set

My kids LOVE this Ikea Baking Set.  We use it often, especially when we play gingerbread playdough and cookie shop with Tricia Renee’s fun  cookie printables. What better gift than to share the love of baking with the little ones in your life!

Melissa and Doug Slice and Bake Cookie Set

Another fun set for the kids.  Can you tell that we are really into cookie play around here?

Camera Cookie Cutters

These cutters were sent to me by DIY Photography.  I haven’t had the chance to use them yet, but besides camera cookies, I am seeing luggage also!  I thought they would have been perfect for these cookies Bridget recently made.

I love that they can be used with or without the stamp.  If you need a little decorating help, here’s a helpful how-to  from Anne at Flour Box Bakery.

And finally, something I know you will all love…

$25 Karen’s Cookies Gift Card

What is more fun than a cookie cutter shopping spree?!  Okay, there may be a few things that are a little more exciting than cookie cutters, but not many!

This is my way of saying Merry Christmas to all of you who have made the past year so much fun!

Here’s how it works.  I will randomly choose five winners and then they will choose a prize in the order they were chosen.  That mean number five kind of gets the short end, but as a consolation prize, I will send the fifth person one dozen cookies decorated by me!

There are several ways to enter.  Do one, or do them all, but you must complete the required entry…

{REQUIRED ENTRY} Leave a comment telling me your FAVORITE Christmas cookie of all time.
