Hello! Love your blog. Do you have any tips for shipping cookies in the summer? I live in a higher-humidity area and want to reduce the occurrence of any mishaps due to humidity. Especially since they are favours for a wedding!

How long do the cookies stay fresh in the sealed bags? In other words how far in advance can you ice the cookies before you actually send them?
