When you merge two cookies to make one (like the hat and head), do you ever have more problems with them shipping?? Also, how can I get my icing to be a little bit more shiny? I'm using Wilton's recipe. I heard corn syrup, but how do you know how much to where it doesn't affect the taste? Thanks!!

I have enjoyed looking at your cookies. I love making cookies. I always think I can decorate them but when I go to attempt it I get overwhelmed. I do want to try to do the graduate (boy) faces and diplomas (since my son is graduating this year) for his party.
I don not understand the 20 min icing. or facial coloration section. I tried clicking on it and it takes me to another page but not for this particular item. Could you help with this?

Thanks
