I am a newbie so I dont have a preference at this point. I just bought a bunch of supplies and have been awed by your and Sugarbelle’s tips and techniques. Great blogs. Im going to start with the royal icing and see how my cookies come out using that. Will definitely try the corn syrup icing too so see which I prefer. We tried making these because you said that they were awesome cookies. And it turned out that we had to put in so much work and effort for these cookies. We made a whole day out for baking these cookies. Let me tell you, they are HORRIBLE. We put WAY too much effort into making them and they turned out tasting like salt and the texture of the cookies is terrifying. Take it from me, don’t waste your time making these cookies. It is not worth the hard work and effort.
