Laura Trombly

You are still my main go-to person, and I’ve really been enjoying the follow ups you are doing on the cottage food laws in Texas (even though I’m in Michigan.) I’m thinking I might do it when I retire in a few years. Meanwhile just trying to get my cookie decorating perfect – like you!!! You make some of the most beautiful cookies on the planet! :-) Thanks for sharing so generously.

Congratulation Laura, I will get your prize out to you, ASAP!!!

Best cookies I ever made were for my husband’s 40th b-day surprise party. He had just gotten his private pilot’s license. They were airplanes, clouds and 4 different instruments from the airplane cockpit. There were about 70 people and twice as many cookies and they were just about gone before anyone even started on the food. I learned from that experience.

I took Wilton courses last year as a way to fill time when I left a job. Cakes are fun, but at some point I saw a beautifully decorated cookie and wanted to learn more. My googling turned me to University of Cookie, and from there I discovered Bridget and the rest of you cookiers!

I got into cookie decorating when I discovered Bakerella. I just got more into baking in general because of her and then it led to cookies =) I am already a fan of yours on FB. I’m going to start following your blog right now! Your cookies are impeccable! Beautiful galore.

I’ve been a long-time blog stalker and I follow you on Facebook :) Your work is inspiring!

I’ve been baking for a while now, and following cooking and baking blogs for years. And I think I was just turned on to decorating cookies after seeing so many bloggers and their amazing talents. I wanted to try my hand at it, and I bake up some cookies and pipe on some icing as often as I can. And when I can’t, I turn to your blog and admire your art!

Thank you for this awesome giveaway!!
